RunBlu started with a simple observation: contractors over-purchase because they don't trust what they own. Not because they're careless — because every system they've been given was built for someone else.
ERPs track money. Warehouse systems track bins. Nothing tracks the actual material through the chaos of a real contractor operation — the yards, the trucks, the job sites, the transfers that happen in a parking lot at 6 AM.
